Our Story

About Me

I’ve spent most of my life balancing two worlds - the analytical and the intuitive. By day, I’m a tech executive who builds innovative systems to solve my customer's most complex problems. But I’ve always been drawn to tarot, astrology, energy work and the wisdom of ancient practices and spiritual frameworks.

I became a yoga teacher and energy healer to learn the practices of balance and alignment and the same way I design systems that work seamlessly at scale, I began to design practices and tools that helped me move through life in harmony - body, mind, and spirit in sync.

Over time, these practices became rituals. The bracelets I wore weren’t just accessories, they were reminders. The crystals I carried weren’t just beautiful stones; they were anchors of focus and calm. Guided readings became my compass, helping me navigate toward a deeper sense of purpose.

That’s how Mindfully Made by Veena was born, a bridge between the practical and the purposeful.

The Journey

Mindfully Made by Veena was created so I could fulfill my purpose - to help women discover their greater purpose, manifest their true life path and evolve into their highest expression through alignment, ritual and powerful identity work.
