These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Mindfully Made by Veena, owned by Veena Kashyap (“Mindfully Made by Veena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, www.mindfullymadebyveena.com, related digital pages, and any services we provide (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, with the 'Last Updated' date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and other materials are the property of Mindfully Made by Veena or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark law. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. No license or ownership rights are granted to you except for this limited use.
4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We offer handcrafted jewelry, crystals, ritual tools and guided readings designed to support spiritual alignment and personal growth. All items are made to order and slight variations in color, pattern or shape are natural and reflect the unique qualities of each crystal and handmade process.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information for all purchases. Applicable sales taxes and shipping costs will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Each piece is made to order. Once we receive your order, we carefully hand-select each crystal, craft your bracelet or ritual tool, infuse it with positive energy, and package it for shipment. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. We do not ship outside the continental United States at this time.
Once a package is in transit, Mindfully Made by Veena is not responsible for delays, lost items, or carrier errors, but we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Because each item is handmade and energetically charged, returns are limited. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at support@mindfullymadebyveena.com within 14 days if an item is damaged or incorrect.
• Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items only.
• Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged and are returned in original packaging.
• Custom pieces, ritual kits, and guided readings are final sale.
8. WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewelry breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost. After 30 days, repairs may be available for a small service fee. Natural crystal variations are not considered defects. Elastic cords are pre-stretched, but excessive pulling may weaken them.
9. GUIDED READINGS AND SPIRITUAL SERVICES
Our guided readings and spiritual services are intended for personal insight and energetic alignment. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a health or mental health concern, please seek assistance from a qualified professional.
Sessions are non-refundable once booked. You may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting support@mindfullymadebyveena.com.
10. RITUAL KIT SAFETY
Please use candles, Sage, Palo Santo, and other smudging materials responsibly. Never leave burning items unattended, and ensure proper ventilation. Keep all items away from children, pets, and flammable materials. You assume all risk when using ritual tools.
11. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access unauthorized data, interfere with security features, copy materials without permission, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
12. REVIEWS AND USER SUBMISSIONS
By posting a review or submitting any content, you grant Mindfully Made by Veena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for marketing or promotional purposes.
13. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindfully Made by Veena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindfully Made by Veena, its owner, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, or communication outages.
