This warranty and repair policy ensures that you can wear your jewelry with confidence, knowing it is supported by our commitment to quality and mindful care.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
- Mindfully Made by Veena offers a 30-day limited warranty on all full-priced bracelets purchased through our official website.
- This warranty covers defects in materials or craftmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
- If a product is found to have a craftmanship defect within 30-days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
- Replacement items will be of equal or comparable value. If the same item is no longer available, a similar design or store credit may be provided.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Normal wear and tear, aging or fading of materials over time • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect or accidents (tugging or pulling, dropping, exposure to water, chemicals or perfumes)
- Stretching or breakage of elastic cord due to overextension or improper wear • Loss, theft or missing components
- Alterations or repairs made by any third party
- Items purchased on sale, during sample sales or marked as final sale
- Custom, engraved or limited-edition pieces
REPAIR & WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
- Email support@mindfullymadebyveena.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the damaged area.
- We will respond within 48 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship your bracelet securely packaged, including your RA number.
- Once received, our team will inspect the piece within 5 business days.
- If the damage is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no cost. If the issue is not covered, we will provide a repair quote or alternative solution.
SHIPPING & COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is deemed defective or an error was made by Mindfully Made by Veena.
- Repaired or replacement items will be shipped back to you at no additional cost within the United States.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all warranty returns.
WARRANTY PERIOD & LIMITATIONS
- The warranty period lasts 30-days from the delivery date.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Each item is eligible for one warranty repair or replacement during the coverage period.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
- Repairs or replacements performed under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS
After the 30-day warranty period, you may still request a repair service for a small fee. Fees vary depending on materials, parts, and labor involved. Please email support@mindfullymadebyveena.com for a repair quote and processing instructions.
CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
To ensure your bracelet lasts as long as possible:
- Roll the bracelet on and off your wrist rather than stretching it.
- Avoid water, perfume and harsh chemicals.
- Store your piece in the pouch provided when not in use.
- Cleanse and recharge with selenite or moonlight to maintain its energetic balance.
