RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Mindfully Made by Veena, every bracelet, crystal set and ritual kit is crafted and packaged with purpose. Our return process balances fairness for you and respect for the time and care invested in each order.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging (pouch, tags, and any care cards).
• Exchanges may be made for another size, style, or color - subject to availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To preserve energetic integrity and ensure product safety, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom, personalized, or limited-edition pieces
• Ritual kits or bundles that have been opened or partially used
• Digital readings or services delivered by e-mail
• Gift cards and sale items
Items showing wear, stretching, or alteration (e.g., resized bracelets) are also ineligible.

RETURN WINDOW & PROCESSING
• Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of delivery.
• Once we receive and inspect your item, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
• After the 14-day window, at our discretion, a store credit (valid for one year) may be issued instead of a refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email support@mindfullymadebyveena.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason.
2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Re-pack the item securely in its original materials, write the RA number on the outer package and ship using a trackable carrier.
4. We’ll email you once the return is received and processed.

REFUNDS & SHIPPING COSTS
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
• If you qualified for free shipping and your return reduces the order below $100, the standard $4.99 shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund once verified.

EXCHANGES
• Approved exchanges ship after the original item is received and inspected.
• If the new item costs more, you’ll receive an invoice for the difference; if less, we refund the difference.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship ONLY within the United States.
