SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Mindfully Made by Veena, every order is prepared with care and intention. Each bracelet, crystal set and ritual kit energy tool is crafted, cleansed, charged and packaged by hand before it begins its journey to you. The following outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your order in alignment with Shopify’s updated 2025 shipping policies.
ORDER PROCESSING
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting, cleansing, charging and packaging before your order ships. During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We currently ship within the continental United States. Our shipping partner is USPS (United States Postal Service) and we use Shopify Shipping for discounted label rates.
Shipping Rates
Our rates reflect these carrier-based differences and follow Shopify’s current USPS shipping structure:
• Continental United States (Lower 48 States)
- Flat rate: $4.99 via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days)
- Free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax)
- Typical delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
*Transit times are estimates and may vary based on location or USPS service delays.
TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear. If you created a customer account, you can also view your order status anytime under your account dashboard.
PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY
We use eco-friendly, recyclable materials for all packaging.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package shows no movement for 7 or more business days, please contact us at support@mindfullymadebyveena.com. We will assist you in filing a claim or determining next steps. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mindfully Made by Veena is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@mindfullymadebyveena.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit if eligible.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital offerings, such as our Guided Readings, are delivered via e-mail, not by standard mail. You’ll receive your digital file or reading within 7 business days of purchase.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping.
• Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed.
• Free shipping applies to orders over $100 before tax.
• Shipping times are approximate and subject to carrier performance.
